Area Manager

Area Managers look after assigned sites. They work out of hours to train cleaners and monitor performance

Site Supervisors and Cleaning Staff

Site supervisors (for larger sites) and cleaning staff work daily to deliver your contracted service

Customer Satisfaction

We believe listening and responding to customers needs are paramount to service delivery

Single Point of Contact

You can contact your Relationship Manager any time, and he/she will regularly call you for feedback

Customer Surveys

We email customers every 3 months a Survey, and turn negative feedback into non-conformances in our SAP system

Non-Conformance Handling

Our system prompts our Relationship Manager to contact you with an Action Plan, and before closing any non-conformances contact you for sign-off


Our SAP system allows us to collate reports which show number of non-conformances per cause code which in turn helps us to improve our service

Zing Transparency

We believe being open with our Customers and keeping them informed about issues helps to build trust

Area Manager App

Our Area Managers tablets have Zing’s App, where Site Visit Reports are completed and much else

Our Customers can access the App to view Reports, see Area Manager visit dates, how they rated the cleaning, issues raised and when corrected

Time & Attendance

Zing has developed a mobile phone based T&A app which integrates with our SAP systems

We verify attendance, report by site and employee, message Area Manager if staff fail to log-out (H&S when lone working) and much else
