I am very loyal, and my career within the business is proof of my character. I value honesty, and I always do my best to be transparent in everything I do, in particular in relation to my customers and my team. I am very focused on achieving targets and improving our service to my customers.
I started my Zing career in 2008 as a Telesales operator. After that I joined the Customer Service Team, and then moved to my current role of Relationship Manager. Over the years, I have built-up an in-depth knowledge of our business, and also get to know our customers and understand their requirements.
I am a very outgoing person and I very much enjoy talking with my customers. I always try to understand customer requests, and work to achieve their full satisfaction. I have had the chance to complete a few management and team leadership courses while I was in Customer Service, and this has helped me to face the day to day challenges of my role.
I love socialising and travelling around when I can.
