I am proud of the relationship I have with my staff, and this is something I managed to build over the years working with Zing.

Zing Experience

I try to be organized, planning my site visits and completing my tasks in a timely manner. I like being proactive and trying to anticipate customers’ needs, and I think it’s very important to go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

I started my career at Zing in 2003 as a cleaner, then I was promoted to HR adviser. I had the opportunity to work my way up to the Area Manager role first and then Key Account Manager in 2020. As Key Account Manager I have direct contact with customers, and I got to know their requirements better.

Over the years and the different positions I covered, I had the chance to learn and develop my skills. Thanks to the continuous training and courses provided by Zing, I have improved my knowledge considerably.

I enjoy spending time with my son, and I also like reading books, swimming and walking in the park.
